System Overview

The Teal System provides the ultimate in hot water for multifamily developers. You will reduce construction cost, reduce operating cost, increase equity and deliver a higher quality product to your residents. The electric water heater in each apartment or condo will be eliminated and replaced with the Teal System, a “Zero Down Time” central, gas hot water system, which is large enough to supply unlimited hot water to the entire property. The Teal System is owned and completely maintained by Boiler Management Ltd., so the developer has no equipment or water heaters to purchase and there is no maintenance cost.

The resident will pay for gas consumption and a small Boiler Management Fee which will be added to each resident’s monthly water bill. This cost is more than offset by the savings realized from using the energy efficient, gas powered, Teal System in lieu of electric water heaters.
